Messiah: Behold the Lamb of God is a seven-part documentary series on the life of Jesus Christ, spanning His premortal existence to His resurrection and latter-day reign.
Filmed in the Holy Land, Egypt, Denmark, and Utah, the documentary consults 50 scholars who give academic and spiritual testimony that Jesus is the Savior of the World.
Over a decade in the making, the series represents years of hard work, conceptualization, preparation, filming, and the difficult task of paring down hundreds of hours of video into seven one-hour episodes, each based on a particular aspect of the Savior’s life and mission.
The series is a co-production of the Neal A. Maxwell Institute for Religious Scholarship and Brigham Young University T.V.
